The BMW i4 is an all-electric Gran Coupé that blends BMW’s signature sporty driving dynamics with advanced electric powertrain technology. Launched in 2021, the i4 is based on the BMW 4 Series platform but features an electric drivetrain, offering zero-emission performance without sacrificing BMW’s renowned handling and design.

The BMW i4 comes in multiple variants, including:

  • i4 eDrive40 – A rear-wheel-drive model with 335 hp and a range of up to 590 km (WLTP).
  • i4 M50 – A high-performance AWD model with 536 hp, delivering 0–100 km/h in 3.9 seconds but with a slightly reduced range of around 520 km due to its added power.

With a long-range battery, fast-charging capabilities (up to 205 kW DC for a 10%-80% charge in around 30 minutes), and a luxurious high-tech interior, the BMW i4 competes with EV sedans like the Tesla Model 3 Performance and the Polestar 2.
